The Clonanav Cup was fished on Saturday evening, it was a warm evening with a stiff breeze, however fish were rising with some large sieges coming off all evening. The Competition was won on the night by Dermot Mitchell with an overall length of 73 inches well done Dermot, second was Jason Nolan and third was Anton Hokera who currently tops the league table which is now fully up to date including all minor placings etc. So check out where you stand on the Trout League 2016 page.
Don't forget the next river competition (The Sedge Shield) will be held in Carton estate with a BBQ before it (Not To Be Missed). A few pics below and a major thanks to Andrew Ryan for his generous donation of a fine cup for the competition see below.
