The sedge shield was fish on the Carton estate as planed with a fine BBQ before hand, many thanks to Donal for all the hard work cooking the food.
It was a quite breezy evening with not much of a hatch catch rates were poor due to the tough conditions, however some anglers had success most notably Anton Hokera who won the competition on the night which also closed out the league for this year, also being won by Anton, he put a lot of effort in this year and deserves his success well done Anton.
the rerun of the green peter & the Last Chance will be fished on the same dates before the end of September.
